Ras El Hanout
Ingredients
- 16 Cardamom Pods
- 4 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 4 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tsp Anise seeds
- 2 tsp ground dried Aleppo Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Allspice Berries
- 1/4 tsp Black Peppercorns
- 4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Steps
- Process cardamom pods, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, anise seeds, Aleppo pepper, allspice, and peppercorns in spice grinder until finely ground, about 30 seconds. Stir in ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Can be stored for up to 1 month in an airtight container.
